:: Milky Way, Lincoln Rock, Blue Mountains ::
It was a last minute decision to go out last night to photograph the Milky Way. I was getting ready to hit the sofa to see the rest of the day out watching YouTube and catching up on some zzz’s. Standing out the front of my house, looking up, the skies were clear. The moon wasn’t rising till 2am. Hmmm, good conditions for a Milky Way photo. Where do I go? I know, Lincoln Rock! I wasn’t the only one there. But I was the only person with a camera. Many others enjoying the night sky filled with billions of stars and a Milky Way. I could hear them but couldn’t see them. It was very dark. Amazing. This is what I came away with.
