STORY:
Segla, Senja, Norway
Segla is the most recognizable mountain on the Senja island in Norway. This mountain peak rises 639 meters above the sea level. The hike up to this spot, where I captured this photo, took roughly an hour and a bit. We had to wear snow shoes otherwise the trek would’ve taken us much longer. The views from up there area amazing. You quickly realise just how tiny we are in the scheme of things. The east side of the mountain rises gently, whereas the steep cliffs on the west side drop directly into the fjord.
