STORY
Good Morning
What a beautiful morning. Clear blue sky with a hint of cloud. Just magic. Surprisingly it was not cold. Die hard locals we're taking their early morning swim in the pool. So invigorating. It takes me days to prepare for a sunrise photo. Location scouting, weather, tides, sunrise time, position of sunrise to the location, checking synoptic charts for cloud availability and movement direction of cloud which plays a very important part, and calculate travel time. And then when I arrive at the location, choosing the best composition that captures the essence of the place. That is not always easy. It's dark and you only have 30mins to find it. All this happens before I hit the shutter. All this for a moment that lasts anywhere between half a second to around 30 seconds. Love it.
