STORY:

Last rays, Craig’s Hut

As the day comes to an end, the suns last rays reflect elegantly upon the windows of the hut made famous by the good old Australian drama, based on the Banjo Paterson poem, “ The Man from Snowy River”. Craig’s Hut is the name of the Hut. For those who don’t know the history of this hut, it was built for the movie mentioned above back in 1982. In 2006 it was destroyed by the Victoria Great Divide bush fires. Shortly thereafter it was re-built to its original form. I am so grateful that they decided to re-build it because it gave me, and many before me an opportunity to see this wonderful structure and photograph it.
